company may be new, our staff has over 20 years of combined
experience working in the field of Information Technology. We
are a young and energetic company based out of Chatham Ontario
with a reputation for customer satisfaction. We put customer

Do you make house calls?
Our main focus is to provide expert technical support services
to local businesses only. If you are looking for residential
service, such as virus or malware removal, PC repair or any
other type of home related assistance, our residential site will
soon be available.
We understand that you do not want to be on the phone talking to
a technical support person who is asking you questions that you
neither have the time nor patients to answer. We are not a
"phone in" help desk, we do not keep you on the phone asking
questions that you have no way of knowing. The only information
that we require is the nature of your problem.
